This policy describes how Jana Halama Janešová (maklerka.info) processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR and applicable Czech data-protection law.

Data you provide when contacting us (phone, email, WhatsApp, Messenger or another channel): in particular your name, contact details and the content of the communication, including information about a property or enquiry.

Responding to enquiries and communication — legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where applicable, steps prior to entering into a contract or performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Providing real-estate services (sale, purchase, rental) — performance of a contract and related legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).
Compliance with legal obligations (e.g. accounting and tax) — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
Protecting legal claims and operating the website — legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Retention period
Communication data are kept while your enquiry is handled and then for as long as necessary (typically up to 3 years), or longer if required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Data related to contracts and statutory duties are kept for the periods required by law (especially accounting and tax records).
5. Recipients
Where necessary, data may be shared with cooperating professionals and providers (e.g. legal services, escrow, photography, website hosting), property portals or public authorities where required by law or contract performance.
