Information for consumers on out-of-court dispute resolution in connection with services provided by Jana Halama Janešová (maklerka.info).

Out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes

If a consumer dispute arises between me and a consumer from a contract for the provision of services that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the consumer may submit a proposal for out-of-court settlement of such a dispute to the designated body for out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes.
